Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to join our Investment Team. This pivotal role demands exceptional analytical capabilities and strategic insight. As a Vice President, you will significantly influence our investment strategies and collaborate closely with esteemed external managers, internal specialists, senior leadership, and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior executives, including the Chief Investment Officer and the Head of Due Diligence.
  • Engage in M&A initiatives by assessing target firms' portfolios and facilitating their integration post-acquisition.
  • Evaluate current and prospective strategies and managers to form well-informed opinions.
  • Participate in discussions with managers and the Investment Committee.
  • Serve as a primary resource for investment-related inquiries from Advisors.
  • Contribute to the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer program in collaboration with third-party managers.
  • Work alongside various teams to bolster growth and enhance client retention.
  • Generate innovative ideas to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall performance.
  • Assist senior team members with specialized projects and research endeavors.
  • Exhibit a strong desire for continuous learning and intellectual curiosity.
Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in wealth management, preferably within an RIA context.
  • Possession or pursuit of CAIA, CIMA, or CFA designations.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a proactive approach.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to evolving circumstances.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with familiarity in manager diligence tools being advantageous.
