Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Investment Strategy to spearhead growth initiatives across our online brokerage, digital advisory, and investment offerings. This role demands a visionary leader with extensive experience in digital finance and a deep understanding of the competitive and regulatory environments surrounding consumer financial services. The VP will be responsible for crafting and executing the overarching growth strategy for our investment division, leading a cross-functional team to enhance member experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strategic agenda for the investment division, utilizing member insights and industry analysis.
  • Innovate and implement new strategies that leverage cutting-edge technologies to create unique investment experiences.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to enhance brand visibility and member engagement.
  • Work alongside Product, Operations, and Technology teams to refine operational models and workflows.
  • Engage with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Manage vendor relationships to support the product delivery lifecycle effectively.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and empowerment.
  • Communicate a compelling vision and execute strategies with clarity and confidence to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive results for the investment division while aligning with broader company objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred in relevant fields such as Finance or Business Administration.
  • 15+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in online brokerage or wealth management.
  • Proven track record of accountability for business performance and member satisfaction.
  • Experience in launching innovative investment products and services.
  • Strong strategic acumen with the ability to navigate competitive landscapes.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and results.
