Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings and appointments, and managing vendor relationships.

  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Spanish language skills a plus.
