Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Huntington National Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining profitable customer relationships within the healthcare market segment. This includes coordinating all sales and service efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry
• Coordinates sales and service efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market
• Provides expert credit analysis and risk assessment to ensure strategic alignment with the bank's risk profile
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that meet customer needs
• Identifies new business opportunities and develops plans to pursue them

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in corporate or mid-corp lending within the healthcare industry
• Strong credit and sales skills, particularly with larger and more complex companies
• Proven track record of winning new relationships and deepening existing ones
• Series 79 and 63 licenses, or willingness to obtain
• Bachelor's degree

Salary: $125,000-$250,000 annual salary
