We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our Quality Inn & Suites team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, responding to guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile credit card transactions, financial records, and occupancy percentages after a thorough audit process.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, process reservations, and check-ins, and delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests.
  • Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management and department heads.
  • Process administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures as required.
  • Ensure all guests have an exceptional experience at the property.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Diploma or equivalent from high school; some college is desired.
  • Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, or night audit experience is preferred.
  • Computer proficiency and experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus.
  • Flexible overnight hours are required.
