As an Employer Engagement Specialist, you will play a critical role in connecting job seekers with employers, fostering a well-educated, well-trained, and self-sufficient workforce that can confidently compete in today's changing global marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Annual Plans: Create and implement an annual plan to hit targets in a defined territory, covering multiple regions and a diverse portfolio of industries, centered around larger businesses with 5-99 employees.
  • Prospect and Build Relationships: Consistently work on building a balanced pipeline of target prospects through traditional means of prospecting, as well as building and leveraging a diverse group of partners to provide referrals and business development opportunities.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Utilize a strong understanding of the target market and decision-making personas to quickly qualify or disqualify opportunities.
  • Value and Consultative Selling: Establish a trusted advisor relationship, both inside of The WorkPlace and within the prospect's decision-making system, to effectively gain successful business and long-term client relationships.
  • Sales Tools and Systems: Utilize Sales systems, including KEAP, to efficiently and effectively manage daily activities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all administrative tasks and duties in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Self-Starter with Strong Organizational and People Skills: Possess strong organizational and 'people skills' to connect candidates with employment opportunities.
  • Strong Ability to Understand Employer Needs: Have a strong ability to understand employer needs and to present quality talent professionally and successfully.
  • Sales Experience/Talent Acquisition Experience: Possess sales experience/talent acquisition experience, or be willing to learn and adapt.
  • Business Databases and Online Tools: Have knowledge of business databases and experience working with online tools to connect employers with candidates.
