Job Title: Employer Engagement Specialist

At The WorkPlace, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Employer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As an Employer Engagement Specialist, you will play a critical role in connecting job seekers with employers, fostering a well-educated, well-trained, and self-sufficient workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an annual plan to hit targets in a defined territory, covering multiple regions and a diverse portfolio of industries.
  • Consistently work on building a balanced pipeline of target prospects through traditional means of prospecting and building partnerships.
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with employers to effectively gain successful business and long-term client relationships.
  • Utilize sales systems, including KEAP, to efficiently manage daily activities.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and 'people skills' to connect candidates with employment opportunities.
  • Strong ability to understand employer needs and to present quality talent professionally and successfully.
  • Sales experience/talent acquisition experience is highly desirable.
