Customer Service Technical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Technical Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Care Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the deployment of Avaya phone systems and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Avaya phone systems and troubleshoot issues
- Routing calls from customers to agents and managing call volume
- Working closely with sales teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Technical knowledge of Avaya phone systems and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
