Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Technical Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Care Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the deployment of Avaya phone systems and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Avaya phone systems and troubleshoot issues
  • Routing calls from customers to agents and managing call volume
  • Working closely with sales teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Technical knowledge of Avaya phone systems and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
