Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Agent at Hyatt Regency Buffalo, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay. Your primary responsibilities will include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and providing hotel operator and concierge duties. You will also be responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Make and modify reservations, and provide hotel operator and concierge duties.
  • Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a memorable stay.
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude and demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
