Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Buffalo Marriott LECOM HARBORCENTER. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest complaints, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities

* Provide superior guest services, including check-in and check-out, and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Process all payments and handle cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
* Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
* Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

* High school graduate or equivalent.
* Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
* Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
* Computer experience preferred.
* Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
