Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Sheraton Grand Phoenix. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and process guest check-ins and check-outs, adapting to any changes or special requests
  • Secure payment and verify billing information, making adjustments as needed
  • Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, and local recommendations
  • Run daily reports and review them to identify areas for improvement
  • Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the bank at the end of each shift
  • Accept and record wake-up calls, delivering them to the relevant department
  • Communicate any emergencies, lost items, or theft to the proper security staff and authorities
  • Keep contingency lists in case of emergency and communicate necessary messages
