Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Real Hospitality Group. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Greet and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Room Assignments: Assign rooms to guests, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and comfort.
  • Account Management: Manage guest accounts, including verifying credit, computing bills, and making change as necessary.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interaction with guests and colleagues. The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, lifting up to 10 pounds, and occasional bending and reaching.

Language Skills

Must have developed language skills to the point of being able to read, write, and speak clearly and accurately. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
