Job Summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Front Desk Representative to provide exceptional patient experience and support our clinical team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless patient journey, from initial contact to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Communication: Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers through effective communication and empathy.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage patient schedules, appointments, and referrals, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to clinical staff, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Office Operations: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Serenity Healthcare's standards and protocols.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience in a healthcare or administrative setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic math skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
