About the Role

ArcBest is a leading logistics company seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Solutions team, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing service-level agreements for our largest and most growth-prone accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a central point of contact for ArcBest's largest and most growth-prone accounts, providing solution development, specialized monitoring, reporting, spot pricing, and dedicated customer service functions.
  • Manage the workflow demands of a sophisticated CRM system, driving productivity and collaboration throughout the department.
  • Determine and assess customer needs to create and deliver market-competitive solutions and prices through the development of spot quotes.
  • Understand target pricing based on various factors, including market conditions, costs, and values.
  • Ask and negotiate for business when working with customers and providers to win/grow the business.
  • Identify reasons why business was not secured when quoting.
  • Understand customers' complete supply chain and explain how ArcBest's capabilities and services can complement their business model.
  • Complete pickup requests and rate corrections.
  • Create BOLs and provide shipment-specific documentation.
  • Communicate shipment status to both internal and external customers.
  • Provide access, assistance, and support concerning the website.
  • Track, trace, and proactively monitor shipments for specific accounts.
  • Use multiple systems and programs in support of customer needs and expectations.
  • Maintain knowledge of standard operating procedures as outlined for each account and think outside of the SOP to creatively solve customer challenges and improve Customer Experience.
  • Maintain a positive attitude in a highly intense environment.
  • Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Prior logistics experience, preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
