Role Overview
As a Client Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming and outgoing communications, processing orders, providing technical assistance, resolving issues, and maintaining customer records in accordance with established protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the distribution of Coloplast products by engaging with clients through various communication channels.
- Ensure timely responses to all inquiries and maintain a high standard of service.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to departmental guidelines.
- Support the team during peak periods by assisting with new customer orders and requests.
- Uphold customer satisfaction through courteous interactions and thorough follow-up.
- Continuously promote the value of Coloplast products to our clients.
- Maintain departmental standards for effective communication and minimal missed calls.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or sales.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Availability: Must be able to work on-site as required.
- Experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
