Position Overview:
- Foster a collaborative work atmosphere where all team members can excel.
- Efficiently manage all incoming customer inquiries.
- Oversee freight logistics and address carrier freight claims.
- Coordinate with Sales regarding order pattern discrepancies.
- Participate in industry tradeshows and client visits as required.
- Perform Front Desk Administration duties.
- Deliver outstanding customer support and assistance.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED; College degree is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in customer service.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Logistics, and NAV skills preferred.
