Position Overview:

  • Foster a collaborative work atmosphere where all team members can excel.
  • Efficiently manage all incoming customer inquiries.
  • Oversee freight logistics and address carrier freight claims.
  • Coordinate with Sales regarding order pattern discrepancies.
  • Participate in industry tradeshows and client visits as required.
  • Perform Front Desk Administration duties.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support and assistance.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED; College degree is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Logistics, and NAV skills preferred.
