This Sales Development Associate role will be based at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the complete sales process from initial outreach to contract finalization.
  • Developing and expanding your portfolio of clients.
  • Becoming a knowledgeable resource to identify solutions that meet client needs.
  • Delivering presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Utilizing Salesforce for managing Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, and Tasks.
  • Collaborating with clients on contract modifications, additions, and renewals.
  • Meeting activity metrics such as calls, account interactions, and pipeline statistics.

  • Organized and disciplined in approach.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about DC Group, the industry, processes, and clientele.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in cold-calling, prospecting, and closing sales.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Positive demeanor and ability to represent DC Group professionally.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and evolving work environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual with a strong capacity to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems.
