Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Delta Defense. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating a robust pipeline through pursuing, building, and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders in the firearms industry.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new business opportunities and build a strong client base
- Sell USCCA memberships to individuals and businesses in the firearms industry
- Execute the organization's outside sales program and ensure the successful achievement of Delta Defense's sales goals
- Travel within your territory to meet with clients and prospects
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Must pass State Property & Casualty Insurance exam following company-provided training
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Persuasive presentation skills, with experience presenting to large audiences
- Experience in the firearms industry is highly desirable
- Current firearms instructor certifications or interest in achieving certification is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw conclusions and make solid recommendations
- Experience growing a territory through prospecting and pipeline management
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Google products suite is a plus
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions
- $5,500 in bonuses upon successful completion of training
- Mileage reimbursement for all work-related mileage and car allowance
