This Sales Development Associate role is situated at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach to contract finalization.
  • Develop and expand your portfolio of clients.
  • Become a knowledgeable resource to identify solutions that meet client needs.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Prepare responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Utilize Salesforce for managing Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, and Tasks.
  • Collaborate with clients on contract modifications, additions, and renewals.
  • Ensure achievement of activity metrics such as calls, account interactions, and pipeline statistics.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong capacity for independent work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in business-to-business sales.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
