Nayya is seeking a seasoned Director of GTM Strategy & Operations. As a key member of our team, you'll lead the optimization of our go-to-market strategy and operations. Your expertise will drive repeatable commercial partnerships, improve sales processes, and boost revenue growth.

Your responsibilities will include developing strategies for structuring complex deals, collaborating with sales leadership, and implementing sales methodologies. You'll also assess risks, work with marketing teams, and define Ideal Customer Profiles. Additionally, you'll lead the development of performance dashboards, analyze sales data, and optimize sales territories.

We're looking for someone with 10+ years of Sales Operations experience, preferably in B2B environments like SaaS, enterprise software, or healthtech/HCM. You should have expertise in sales methodologies and proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

The estimated salary for this role in New York is $180,000-$235,000, based on location factors and experience.
