Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Development Professional to join our Property and Casualty team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing a book of business, building strong client relationships, and providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of commercial property and casualty accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services
  • Coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless client service

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 10 years of experience in insurance sales or account management
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • A broker's license

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
