Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Home Genius Exteriors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop business with potential clients, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for ascertaining whether potential employees would be a good fit for our team, and will have the skills and qualifications necessary to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities- Familiarize yourself with essential details of our hiring process, including ways to garner employee interest in meeting with our hiring manager.
- Generate interest from prospective employees by identifying and contacting potential candidates.
- Ability to answer basic questions about our current job openings, and provide detailed information to interested applicants.
- Schedule information meetings between prospective employees and our hiring team, and maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
- Utilize your persuasive and results-oriented approach to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to reach previously.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong computer literacy and organizational skills.
- You should possess top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
- A professional and courteous disposition is essential, along with a willingness to work both in-office and remotely.
- A competitive salary range of $19-$30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
