We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hotel Zetta. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage guest accounts, including handling payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Operate the PBX system, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and providing wake-up calls and paging services as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of prior hotel or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
  • Fluency in oral and written English.
