Responsibilities:- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage guest accounts, including handling payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Operate the PBX system, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and providing wake-up calls and paging services as needed.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, policies, and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of prior hotel or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
- Competitive hourly rate of $30.16.
