Job Title: Salesforce Optimization Specialist

The Salesforce Optimization Specialist is responsible for ensuring the optimal use of Salesforce within the organization. This includes analyzing business requirements, configuring Salesforce to meet those needs, and providing ongoing support. The role also involves creating reports, managing data, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce platform supports the company's overall goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze business requirements and configure Salesforce to meet those needs
* Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce
* Create reports and manage data to inform business decisions
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce meets business goals

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of business experience with a strong emphasis on Salesforce
* Proven experience in bot development, including knowledge content management and deployment
* Customer service experience within Salesforce, particularly with bot platforms
* Experience working in a technology center, providing solutions and business analysis
* Familiarity with MS productivity tools (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel), Visio/diagramming/lucid chart
