**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Product Design Specialist to join our team at PrideStaff. As a Product Design Specialist, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities to achieve optimal operations and maximize profits.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain process sheets and process drawings to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Support the shop floor by providing corrective action to open issues and ensuring quality and manufacturing specifications are met
* Collaborate with production, sales, and quality teams to achieve common goals
* Create SolidWorks models and PDF drawings to support product design and development
* Develop and implement organization policies and goals to drive business success

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience working with Mastercam and/or SolidWorks
* Hands-on problem-solving skills and experience in tolerance stack-ups, GD&T, and Statistical Measurements
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
