Position Overview
This role is essential for supporting our sales team and managing office functions as we expand our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Uline's Burlington sales office.
- Generate and maintain daily reports and documentation for the sales team.
- Recruit, train, and manage administrative personnel.
- Serve as the primary contact between Uline and external vendors and clients through effective communication.
- Conduct regular audits of office facilities and manage supply orders.
- Administer office timekeeping and payroll processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years in Office Administration or Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
