Job Summary

The University of Vermont is seeking an experienced and organized Office Operations Manager for the Center for Health and Wellbeing (CHWB). This key role will oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the CHWB units, ensuring a welcoming and accessible organization for students, staff, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative support functions
  • Oversee Patient Service Representatives and/or front desk staff for CAPS, SHS, AM, and Living Well
  • Source projects from CHWB leadership, delegate tasks, and report back on completion
  • Ensure excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Higher Education, Health Management, or related fields
  • Three to five years' experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or higher education setting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
