Office Manager Job Description

Uline is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Burlington sales office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing office staff, preparing reports, and acting as a liaison between Uline and outside vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Uline's Burlington sales office operations, including administrative staff and office supplies.
  • Prepare daily reports and documentation for the sales team.
  • Develop and manage an administrative staff.
  • Act as liaison between Uline and outside vendors and customers through phone and email communication.
  • Help manage facility conditions by conducting regular building audits and ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Handle office timekeeping and payroll functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of Office Administration / Management experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
