Office Manager Job Description

Uline is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Burlington sales office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, preparing reports, and developing an administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations, including supplies and facilities
  • Prepare daily reports and documentation for the sales team
  • Develop and manage an administrative staff
  • Act as liaison between Uline and outside vendors and customers
  • Help manage facility conditions and order office supplies as needed
  • Handle office timekeeping and payroll functions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of Office Administration/Management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
