Job Title: Office Operations Manager

We are a rapidly growing fintech firm that values a small start-up culture. As the Office Operations Manager, you will play a key role in maturing and developing our globally used platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Possess knowledge of our product and services, identify and interview candidates who meet job criteria, and assist HR in hiring and onboarding of resources.
  • Operations Analyst: Gather data required to report on our key performance indicators, work with the Leadership team to produce monthly KPI and SLA reports, and assist in Finance functions such as expense reimbursement and payroll support.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and oversee administrative duties in the office, ensure efficient and smooth operations, and reconcile Credit card expense reports if needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • High energy person who can multi-task across activities, highly organized, and with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-directed with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate the needs of employees and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions, knowledge of tools such as Google Sheets or MSFT Excel.

Work Environment: 5 days onsite in office (128 Belt).
