The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive patient care, which includes assessment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and thorough documentation in line with organizational standards and community needs. You will advocate for patients and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver physical therapy services in accordance with professional licensure.
  • Oversee and guide the activities of assistants and students, adhering to relevant guidelines.
  • Maintain safety protocols for personal and patient protection.
  • Enhance professional knowledge through ongoing education and training.
  • Contribute to departmental operations and strategic development.
  • Effectively communicate patient progress and needs to families and care teams.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Unencumbered licensure to practice.
  • In good standing with regulatory bodies.
  • Familiarity with Medicare and other insurance providers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of patient rights.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Current CPR certification.
