About the Custodial Specialist Role:

The Custodial Specialist is tasked with ensuring a pristine and secure environment within resident accommodations and communal spaces. If you possess experience in custodial services and are committed to upholding cleanliness and safety standards, this position is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clean and disinfect communal areas, restrooms, and offices, including surfaces and fixtures

2. Maintain cleanliness in resident accommodations by cleaning surfaces, fixtures, and restocking supplies

3. Regularly vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

4. Ensure living spaces are comfortable and secure for residents

5. Promptly address spills and soiled areas

6. Adhere to proper procedures for utilizing cleaning products

7. Carry out outdoor cleaning tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in custodial services or facility maintenance preferred
  • Experience working with elderly individuals is advantageous
  • Ability to perform essential job functions
