Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Director to lead our Fulfilment Center Sourcing team and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program to drive business value and improve supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities and develop category strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to drive commercial agreements and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to achieve sourcing goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in global strategic sourcing and procurement organizations.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing procurement teams.
  • Expertise in driving commercial real estate agreements, equipment lease and purchase strategies, and familiarity with Federal Regulations.
  • Deep experience in P2P/procure-to-pay/source-to-pay enablement (Oracle/Coupa).
  • Leadership skills to effectively advise and drive their team to achieve results in a global organization.

  • Competitive salary range: $180,500.00 - $288,500.00.
