As an HVAC Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving growth and success in our commercial HVAC projects. With a strong track record of selling annual projects up to $5MM, including MEP Design work and equipment sales, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and cultivate new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Prepare and present proposals, qualification statements, and other sales documents to showcase your expertise and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Conduct field visits, review RFPs, attend pre-proposal meetings, and participate in site visits to understand client needs and identify opportunities.
  • Lead the selection and sale of complete HVAC projects, including multiple lines of equipment such as VAV systems, chillers, and boiler room equipment.
  • Represent and sell top industry brands, including BryanSteam Boilers, Burnham Corporation Boilers, Siemens combustion controls, and more.
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying client needs, recommending suitable solutions, and closing deals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HVAC project sales with a track record of selling annual projects up to $5MM, including MEP Design work and equipment sales.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and HVAC equipment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prepare and present proposals, manage client relationships, and negotiate contracts.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading brands and equipment, such as boilers, chillers, VAV systems, and related components.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
