About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at RingCentral. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue through customer acquisition in designated territories and named accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive revenue growth
- Partner with regional VARs to identify, engage, and deliver new customers
- Own the sales process from lead generation to close, including pipeline management and forecasting
- Develop and deliver presentations, demos, and sales materials to effectively communicate RingCentral's value proposition
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technology solution-based sales, with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales
- Strong understanding of cloud-based communications and contact center solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- BS degree, with continued training and education a plus
