As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, driving strategic Human Capital Management initiatives, and securing new business for ADP. You will work closely with our sales leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies, and will have the opportunity to grow your own book of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
