We're seeking a self-motivated and driven Real Estate Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for the direct sales of Technium and partner products and services within the Real Estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish new client relationships and manage existing ones
  • Participate in industry events and tradeshows
  • Qualify leads and assess their suitability for our products and services
  • Present and negotiate sales opportunities to secure commitments from customers
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast sales performance
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and partners
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to keep them informed of account developments
  • Display a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in professional sales or relationship-building
  • 3+ years' experience working within the Real Estate market
  • Performance-driven with a strong understanding of metrics
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and online applications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B technology sales
  • Proven history of business growth or sales success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of enterprise computing and/or cybersecurity
