Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of People Operations to join our team. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including talent acquisition, performance management, team member engagement, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate closely with the executive management team to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Lead and Manage the People Operations Team: Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services and provide coaching and assistance to executives and managers to improve team members' engagement and development.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain a talented and diverse workforce.
  • Team Member Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects Gable's values and develop and implement team member engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Learning and Development: Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance team member skills and career growth.
  • HR Operations and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven history of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR technology systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
Work Environment

The work environment includes both office settings and manufacturing facilities. This role may involve occasional exposure to factory conditions such as noise, fumes, dust, and mist.

Travel

This position requires occasional travel via all modes of transportation. Overnight travel with a duration of one week may be required.

Additional Requirements
  • All prospective team members must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
  • Candidates must also meet the requirements for an I-9 and E-Verify.
Salary

Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
