Job Title:

Senior Director of Human Resources

Job Summary:

The Senior Director of Human Resources will lead and execute the human resources strategy in alignment with NCIAs goals. This includes overseeing the planning, development, and execution of HR policies and initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and legally compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HR strategy to align with organizational objectives and drive workforce readiness
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement talent acquisition, management, retention, and succession planning strategies
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive feedback framework for managers
  • Champion diversity and inclusion efforts and promote equitable practices
  • Build trusted relationships with employees and management to facilitate positive work environments
  • Oversee HR operations and compliance, including employee relations and HR analytics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource management, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant management experience
  • SHRM Certification is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in a complex nonprofit with multiple programs
  • Experience with an integrated HRIS system
  • Experience with Paycom is a plus
Work Environment:

Primarily indoor office environment. May require travel to different NCIA properties and external locations during the course of business.
