Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused VIP Guest Services Representative to join our team at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing personalized support to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with pre-arrival arrangements, including making reservations, booking activities, and arranging for amenities.
  • Conduct pre-calls to arriving guests to review their preferences and make necessary arrangements.
  • Handle front office duties, including check-in, check-out, and preparing arrival packets and departure folios.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest preferences, special requests, and incident reports.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel software systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, including English and Spanish.
