Working closely with our client engagement team, you will devise marketing approaches that resonate with the objectives of our retirement plan sponsors. Your primary goal will be to create and execute top-tier marketing campaigns that boost participant interaction and deliver exceptional outcomes for our plan sponsors.
Core Duties Include:
- Formulating data-informed marketing initiatives to motivate and engage participants in our Large Market retirement offerings.
- Partnering with the client engagement team to ensure alignment of campaigns with the goals and aspirations of plan sponsors.
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team to share insights, learnings from campaigns, and upcoming initiatives.
- Identifying and applying existing campaigns or developing new data-driven strategies for plan sponsors.
- Working alongside the Martech and creative teams to guarantee the appropriate media, messaging, and creative elements are utilized.
- Influencing key stakeholders and decision-makers to secure strategic commitment for sustainable marketing experiences.
- Assessing the success of marketing campaigns through engagement and activity metrics.
- Providing research-based consumer insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Employing test-and-learn methodologies and analyzing statistical significance in campaign outcomes.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking an individual who possesses:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally within the retirement sector, with a focus on direct mail, email, and digital channels.
- Expertise in interpreting and transforming data analytics into actionable marketing strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong experience in database marketing, including segmentation and persona development.
- Familiarity with predictive modeling and statistical significance.
- A proven history of creating strategic marketing programs that meet business objectives.
- Outstanding strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in building robust relationships and fostering teamwork.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary ranges reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales roles may participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some cases, a bonus plan, where total compensation may significantly exceed base salary based on individual performance. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and/or skill level at the time of offer.
