We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team at Brooksource. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our corporate employees, including the Executive Team and remote/field staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for employees in office and remote/field, including PC, Mac, Zoom Rooms, and Copier/Printers.
  • Monitor the IT ticket incident management system to ensure timely acknowledgment of technology support requests.
  • Prioritize ticket requests and distribute/escalate requests to appropriate IT team members.
  • Image new laptops and Macs to ensure readiness for onboarding new team members.
  • Maintain and order equipment, keep up with inventory and IT storage.
  • Provide assistance and information to facilitate returns of equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in desktop support role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Office 360 Admin portal.
  • Experience troubleshooting Mac OS.
  • Professionalism and strong communication skills.
  • ITIL certification preferred.
  • Intune experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years system configuration management experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years asset management experience preferred.
  • ServiceNow experience preferred.
