Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for employees in office and remote/field, including PC, Mac, Zoom Rooms, and Copier/Printers.
- Monitor the IT ticket incident management system to ensure timely acknowledgment of technology support requests.
- Prioritize ticket requests and distribute/escalate requests to appropriate IT team members.
- Image new laptops and Macs to ensure readiness for onboarding new team members.
- Maintain and order equipment, keep up with inventory and IT storage.
- Provide assistance and information to facilitate returns of equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in desktop support role.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Office 360 Admin portal.
- Experience troubleshooting Mac OS.
- Professionalism and strong communication skills.
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Intune experience preferred.
- 1-2 years system configuration management experience preferred.
- 1-2 years asset management experience preferred.
- ServiceNow experience preferred.
