We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at 888 Heating. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and dispatching technicians to urgent customer needs.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including $18/hour + performance bonus and incentives. Our team members also enjoy health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, and 5 days PTO + 1 PTO day in your birthday month.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering inbound calls from prospective and current customers
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Dispatching on-call technicians to urgent customer needs

Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
