Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Franchise.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing products, and utilizing technology to process orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate all equipment, including cash registers, credit card machines, and other point-of-sale systems.
  • Stock and Maintain Inventory: Restock ingredients and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Process Orders: Receive and process customer orders, including taking payments and handling customer complaints.
  • Clean Equipment and Facility: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by cleaning equipment and facilities.
  • Provide On-the-Job Training: Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience.
Essential Skills:
  • Accurate Math Skills: Possess accurate math skills to handle customer transactions and manage cash and credit card payments.
  • Verbal and Written Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers.
  • Motor Coordination: Possess good motor coordination to perform precise movements and handle customer transactions.
  • Computer and Technology Proficiency: Possess basic computer and technology skills to utilize point-of-sale systems and other company software.
Work Conditions:

Work in a fast-paced environment, handling customer transactions and operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Must be able to lift and carry items, climb stairs, and use hands for continuous tasks.
