The Operating Partner is accountable for guiding a team of Family Members and managing the overall performance and functionality of their restaurant(s). Daily Duties
  • Oversee profit and loss, managing financial responsibilities such as cash reporting, labor costs, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Focus on attracting and retaining talent through strategic hiring, development plans, and regular performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Managers and the Market Leader to implement operational strategies.
  • Monitor restaurant performance and processes using reporting tools, customer feedback, and labor metrics.
  • Uphold restaurant safety standards by promoting food safety policies, procedures, and creating a secure work environment.
  • Build rapport with customers and address any complaints effectively.
  • Oversee the implementation and acceptance of all change initiatives, including new products, systems, and company strategies.
