The Automotive Deal Cost Analyst is responsible for managing documentation and conducting cost assessments related to vehicle transactions. This includes ensuring compliance through the identification of necessary supporting documents.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Preferred: 1 year of clerical experience in an automotive dealership, familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds Software.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process commission sheets for sales personnel for payroll purposes.
- Verify inventory for accurate financial reporting.
- Manage incoming and outgoing funds.
- Ensure timely payoff of units.
- Maintain accounting schedules.
- Assist in vehicle management tasks.
- Guarantee accurate processing of all motor vehicle documentation.
- Conduct audits on retail transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
