Senior Construction Project Leader

The LaSalle Group is expanding and seeks an experienced project leader to manage large-scale construction projects in the Automotive and Industrial sectors.

As a Project Leader, you will take charge of the project, collaborating with clients, field teams, and support staff to ensure successful project delivery. Our project leaders typically manage multiple projects across various business sectors.

Your responsibilities will encompass developing and executing project timelines, organizing and coordinating subcontractors and in-house teams, creating and managing project budgets and forecasts, providing regular project updates, procuring and contracting vendors and subcontractors, managing internal resources, and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Grasping project requirements and actively participating in planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Maintaining awareness of potential project challenges and ensuring contingency plans are in place
  • Assessing available resources and delegating tasks based on team capabilities
  • Engaging with various departments, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Submitting project outputs and ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Leading teams through all operational phases
