Position: Business Technology and Optimization Specialist II
Location: Headquarters - Moon Township, PA

Role Overview: The Business Technology and Optimization Specialist II (BTOS2) plays a crucial role within the Business Unit/Commercial team. This position is tasked with supporting and coordinating technology and process project initiatives in collaboration with IT and Business Systems. The BTOS2 serves as the Local Process Owner, leading the transition from current to future SAP business processes and optimizing Salesforce GCRM in alignment with Business Unit Regions and Global IT. The role is essential for driving continuous business improvement initiatives and supporting Digital Transformation efforts as directed by Business Unit leadership. Collaboration with global counterparts is vital to ensure consistent adoption of IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align processes with global business requirements.
- Lead identification and participation in process improvement projects, presenting optimization options to management in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for SAP, GCRM, and Digitalization initiatives.
- Provide support and coordination to IT business representatives, participating in analysis and assessment sessions for the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions.
- Assist in developing project charters, plans, and schedules; execute communication strategies, project review meetings, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Create business cases for strategic processes and commercial improvement objectives as directed by leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage training, communication, and risk management plans, applying relevant business knowledge to develop effective strategies and solutions.
- Facilitate alignment between US Business Units, internal IT, and global IT for global ERP (SAP) processes.
- Support Customer Service Experts in resolving SAP order entry and fulfillment issues efficiently.
- Utilize SAP queries and tables to meet reporting requirements and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Initiate and implement new digitalization opportunities within Business Unit organizations and drive automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from an accredited institution is required.
- 5-7 years of experience in SAP/Business Systems, particularly in Order To Cash processes and Master Data management.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Digitalization technology is preferred.
- 3+ years of project management experience is preferred.
