This role is pivotal in ensuring our processes align with global business objectives and in leading change management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align processes with international business standards.
- Lead and engage in process enhancement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize SAP, GCRM, and digital initiatives.
- Coordinate with IT representatives to support the design and implementation of technology solutions.
- Assist in the development of project documentation, including charters and schedules, ensuring successful project execution.
- Create business cases to support strategic objectives and operational improvements.
- Work with stakeholders to manage training and communication plans, applying business insights to devise effective strategies.
- Facilitate collaboration between business units and IT for global ERP process alignment.
- Support customer service teams in resolving order entry and fulfillment challenges.
- Utilize SAP for reporting and data analysis to enhance decision-making processes.
- Develop dashboards and tools to monitor key performance indicators.
- Drive the implementation of new digital initiatives and automation projects within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5-7 years of experience in SAP/Business Systems, particularly in Order To Cash processes and Master Data management.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Familiarity with digitalization technologies is advantageous.
- Project management experience is preferred.
