JOB PURPOSE
As a Lead Systems Architect, you will design and develop tools and platforms that enhance the developer experience for various development teams. You will engage in comprehensive business and software analysis and may oversee coordination within a product team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform Development:

Lead the enhancement of existing DevOps platforms and contribute to the creation of new platforms by assessing and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Develop platforms that are efficient, secure, and dependable to meet specified requirements.


Platform Maintenance:

Oversee the monitoring, identification, and resolution of complex platform issues to ensure optimal functionality, utilizing the expertise of junior team members.


Infrastructure as Code:

Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Crossplane/YAML, establishing standards for development teams.


Automation Engineering:

Architect and implement effective automation solutions for various manual processes using scripting languages including Powershell, Go, Python, and Bash.


Continuous Integration/Deployment:

Develop advanced CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools like GitHub Actions, Flux/ArgoCD, and Jenkins.


Technical Recommendations:

Research and propose optimizations to enhance solutions, aligning with user and business performance and quality needs.


Documentation:

Create comprehensive documentation and diagrams to clarify system designs and user interactions.


Ongoing Learning and Development:

Mentor junior team members through assessment and development planning, as well as formal and informal training. Pursue external professional accreditation to enhance performance and personal growth.

Stay informed about relevant technologies, regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education, attending conferences, and engaging with specialized media.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.


General Experience:

Over 3 to 6 years of experience, enabling the candidate to handle most situations and provide guidance to others.


Managerial Experience:

Basic experience in coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months).


COMPENSATION:
